How to make profit on a potato !?

Hello, i know this sounds really silly but in my business class we have been given homework,

My teacher gave each person 1 potato still in its skin and we have to do sumthing to it to make it have more profit…

I was just wondering everybody’s thoughts and opinions and advice??
