How to you save on carrier bags, stationary, staff costs without skimping on the day to day running of the business and effecting brilliant customer service?
Any other ideas on how to keep profit loss to a minimum?
I cant change prices of clothes or anything. I manage a department within a department store.

I am enrolled in a community college right now, but I need to stick to a major that will give me financial stability and use my Spanish, and Portuguese proficiency. I changed from business, to psych (which is my passion) but I need to choose a major will not be long and expensive and that will be not stressing. please give me ideas to research on.

I work for a company that pays low but has great insurance benefits (vision, dental as well and with no copay plus they pay my deductible). I found a great learning opportunity, that pays 40k (thats 14k more than previous job). My current job that I will be giving notice to is an IT company and the other is commercial graphic artist. Is there any way I could ask my current boss to keep my insurance if I did some work on the side for him? I could VPN in and be connected to the servers (since I did set them up that way) and do work from a distance. I have two kids and a wife and the insurance is a big part of the support, but if I pass this other job up (even though it makes more, insurance is expensive) then I could maybe not get a chance like this again without going back to college. I am 23 years old so i have time, but don’t want to waste it where I am, so I think i need to take this risk. I wouldn’t mind two sources of income but it takes a special job to do such a thing.
