Software to track profit and loss on multiple transactions on single stocks?

I have a small portfolio of shares which I would like to track the profit and loss on. I have shares in some companies which I have bought at various different prices, I need to be able to see what the mean value of the stocks I hold for each company.

Could somebody please recommend some software for doing this? Ideally free software :-)

I have tried using Google finance, but it doesn’t seem to do what I need.

    Use finance.yahoo.com. They got all the info on any stock.
