How do i calculate stock profit or loss from a previous day and % of change from previous day?

Hello,

I am doing a stock project for school and one of the things it asks you is to calculate the stock profit(loss) of that day and it also asks you how to calculate the % of change from previous day
this is what my stock project looks like any help is greatly appreciated i tried Very hard to figure this one by myself but i cant =/ Thank you so much

    For school projects always go with the closing price of the stocks. (Today’s closing – yesterday’s closing)/ yesterday’s closing*100 is your your % change/profit.
