What items can i buy along with nature runes and still make a profit after alching them?

On runescape i would like to know what items can be bought alongside nats to be alched, but to make a profit. Bear in mind the grand exchange has changed prices

    I think some rune items like rune limbs maybe but they made it so you can’t make a profit by alching and buying the item usally you have to get the item or get part of it like bowstring.

    From whatg I used to play, I would fletch Yew Longs, then alch them. I wouldn’t make or lose anything. Just alching theres no profit made. But you can buy minimum Torags sets, and sell for max. Buy like 5 minimum price, sell for max overnight. And you just made 400+K from what I remember,.
