Identify your overheads, and decide if they are all really essential to the business. If they are, look at the quantities you use, and negotiate with suppliers for better rates.
If you are still making no money, you have to raise your prices.
And if raising prices isn’t possible because of competitors, you need to analysis your competition. remember a small store can’t compete against large chains on price.
