most of the CDO’s have to have actual cash flows that make them worth more than 22 cents on the dollar. i see big profits for the outfits that buy them. i want in.

    i don’t think you can get 1 or 2, but if anyone knows how… certainly also very interested in learning how to go direct without the daisy chains of fools.

    sounds like it may turn into that REO crap.

    I recommend avoiding putting out your LOI and full financials for a CDO CBO MBS ‘broker’ who can ’shop for your best deal’ ala bulk REO .
