Should Exxon and other big oil company profits be used to finance the Iraqi war?

make big profits
Sopwith asked:

Should the U.S. public continue to be taxed and then charged at the gas pump, with record oil profits…?

Would the war would be as popular, if they didnt get “free access” to “their” oil?
the U.S. Govt guards the shipping lanes…and the depots…etc.

  1. . . . you mean instead of the Iraq War financing Exxon and other big oil companies?!

  2. it’s pretty much established that we chose iraq because of its oil. it had no connection to al qaeda until we placed our entire army there, and all government/CIA reports have been quietly disproved.

anyone who disagrees is with the terrorists.

  3. smedley butler proposed a 10% cap of profits for corporations over peace time from war time, and that the ceo’s of companies be paid the same as the privets fighting the war

the ceo’s passion for peace would suddenly become overwhelming , if they had to live on 1200 dollars a month
