Should congress be allowed to take the excess profit of corporation in other industries?

Big Oil makes roughly 10%-12% profit on their total sales.

Many other corporations are making far higher percentages of profit than 12%. Should congress take excess profit from all corporations?

    No they should not. Silliest thing I ever heard of. Get the government out of the way and things will be fine.
