   Bush is already on the payroll and he has been there for a long time. His family has had all kind of dealings with oil companies, mostly from Saudi Arabia. He already gets the benefits from the prices going way up on us all.

   Big Oil will never show a large profit.

   They have too big a hole into which they can throw money to hide it.

   It’s called R&D.
   This is as bottomless a pit as they need.

   While they may show increased billions in income, you’ll notice they only show 7%-8% profit at the yr end.

   Where does all that extra money go?
   Down the portable hole.

   Not as much as the government makes off of gasoline. You pay an average of 50 cents in tax on every gallon you buy (more if you live in certain states). The oil companies make less than 10 cents off every gallon of gas sold. Which would be better for you, lowering the price 10 cents or 50 cents a gallon?
