UGA it seems is an insurance company catering to self employed individuals. Bankers Life from what I can gather specializes in the senior market and offers insurance to supplement Medicare. Both of these positions are commission only which throws up somewhat of a red flag for me, but they claim some great incomes can be generated, but of course they could just be saying that.

Bankers Life is a more legitimate company.
UGA is a scam. If you go to the interview, you will be given a sales presentation, talking about how you can make money, how they have more leads than they know what to do with, and then you will be asked to shell out over three hundred dollars, just for the privilege of having access to those leads, but then you will have to pay for your own insurance agent class, and then pass the test, which are required in order to obtain an insurance agent license. It is a scam.
