  1. I have no idea.I have never been to that stage.At this point I can only say “writer in hopes to one day soon boost “accomplished”

  2. it matters who is your publisher, but probably at the very least 5%

  3. On average? 5-12% royalties.

    If you got $10,000 in book sales, you would get $500 in royalties. (5%)

    $1200 if you went the 12% route.

    And you get these checks every publishing quarter. (3-6 months on average.)

    The rest of the money for the sales goes to your agent (if you should have one; percentage wise), but the bulk goes to the publisher to recoup the costs of publishing, printing, marketing, etc…

  4. If you self publish that would be 100%. If not, you would receive 15%. Even though self publishing requires a lot of work, I love it. My first self published book “I Can’t Wait Till I’m Five” is featured on usabooknews.com in the non-fiction children’s category.
