How do you start a non-profit organization that assists and encourages youth with pursuing technical careers?

I suggest that you check around to find other organizations that serve the same mission, and contact them to see about the possibilities of teaming up with them for a specific project, or possibly working for them to gain valuable experience while satisfying your own charitable goals.
